OUR STORY

NCS Cafarelli was founded by former club baseball coach Bruno Cafarelli and former professional baseball player Mark Brakebill (drafted by the Seattle Mariners and later part of the Angels organization), after recognizing a real need for greater professionalism, care, and purpose in youth baseball.

With a staff comprised of former Division I athletes, high-level coaches, and professional players, Bruno and Mark are committed to delivering high-quality events that leave a lasting impact. For younger athletes, their mission is simple: create a positive, fun, and inspiring baseball experience that fosters a lifelong love of the game. For older players, NCS Cafarelli is focused on helping athletes take the next step — whether that’s high school ball, college recruitment, or even a shot at the pros.
Backed by decades of combined experience and a deep network within the baseball community, NCS Cafarelli offers a level of professionalism and mentorship that goes beyond the field — from helping players earn scholarships and get noticed by scouts, to guiding them toward careers in sports both on and off the diamond.
NCS Cafarelli is dedicated to giving all youth a safe, professional, fun environment, as well as open doors to further baseball careers. Their overall goal is to help players expand their baseball careers into college and even enter into the pro level, while retaining the love of the game.

NCS is a national organization that hosts hundreds (100's) of events spanning the nation, and internationally! We are the heartbeat of premier baseball experiences. Since 2019, our tournaments have united passionate players, dedicated coaches, and enthusiastic fans in a celebration of skill, sportsmanship and teamwork.
