PLAYER OF THE GAME INVITATIONAL FORMAT

The Player of the Game Invitational is a unique experience designed to showcase players in a competitive and developmental environment. On Friday evening, participants will take part in on-field workouts in front of all attending coaches. Following the workouts, coaches will conduct a player draft to form balanced teams.

Teams will be led by former Collegiate, Minor League, and Major League players and/or coaches, providing players with high-level instruction and mentorship. Once teams are selected, coaches will distribute uniforms and review the weekend game schedule with their players.

Competition will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with each team playing three games against other NCS Player of the Game teams within the same age division.

Throughout the weekend, players will be evaluated for selection to the NCS Cafarelli All-State Team. Those fortunate enough to be selected to represent NCS will earn the opportunity to compete in the Game Day USA Baseball Fest at Arizona Athletic Grounds, taking place December 27, 2026 – January 1, 2027.

All-State players will be sponsored by NCS Cafarelli and receive 1 NCS game jerseys and hat. Players will participate in the 4-game guarantee event at NO COST (a $995 value), proudly representing NCS Cafarelli while competing against top local programs and teams from across the country, including teams from Illinois, Massachusetts, Ohio and beyond.
